I’ve lived in the North Hills all my life. I am married to my wonderful husband Tony, and we have two amazing boys, Anthony (North Hills ’14) and Nicholas (North Hills ’20). When my sons graduated from high school, I wanted to find a way to channel my experience as an involved parent to help other kids. I invited a small group of like-minded friends, who are all smart, passionate and well-connected, to work together to ensure that local families have the best opportunities to be successful. That’s when North Hills Cares was born. Outside of NHC, I am the founder/owner of Edge Development Group (25+ years). I also enjoy volunteering as a “baby holder” at the Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, caring for infants born with exposure to alcohol or drugs.

Those of us who are warm and dry and safe and well-fed must show up for those who are cold and wet and endangered and hungry.
That’s a rule of life.
